Get to know us

Pressure coming from corporate social responsibility or regulations are as important as having shared values in terms of what best works for our personnel or our business partners looking for this type of workforce. We think it is important to be transparent and assertive especially when we work in such a diverse market as the EU. Hence, allow us to introduce ourselves in order for you to know us better. 

Geologic HR was created in 2012. Initially, we provided the necessary blue-collar teams and workforce for oil&gas projects developed across Romania and Europe. During the first few years we developed our procedures and database with blue-collar professionals, which are skilled and flexible enough to take their job seriously while evaluating correctly their benefits and importance. Today, we take pride in developing solid business relationships with partners across Europe and we feel more than ready to help others grow their businesses as we did until now. 

At the beginning

In the first years of our activity, many local companies did not use temporary employment services, either because they did not know what this means, but also because they felt that such an alternative would be more expensive than working with their own employees. 

Over time, some companies started to pay more attention to this way of working, hiring only for periods when they really need people. As we worked from the beginning with large companies looking for temporary work, we learned fast what works for each partner and what does not. As we constantly had to adapt to external factors, we took our experience to the next level and developed the organization in order to cover a wider range of projects and customer services.

We learned our partners’ culture and languages

We took our business team to trainings and developed new customer support services. Currently, GEOLOGIC HR speaks fluently German, English and French among other foreign languages. Our consultants can support any type of management team with legal and benefits schemes for their leasing teams. Our agency punctually identifies the needs of our partners and comes up with personalized proposals based on its experience in the field. Our consultants constantly provide great advices and dedicate a large part of their activity to mediation. As a natural outcome, our agency covers today the provision of labor for the infrastructure segment including railway personnel, tunnel construction, motorway construction, and other industries such as oil and gas, ranging from unqualified to semi-qualified or qualified workforce. We support our business partners with bureaucratic procedures and we deliver all the necessary documents complying with the EU regulations, including the A1 form.

As our agency has expanded its successful model to recruit and place temporary work in the UE, it looks today to supports all its business partners in integrating their employer’s demands in the expectations of temporary workers. We have simplified procedures and made costs transparent and integrated all legal and fiscal procedures to stay in tune with latest legislation changes.
